I don't recomand this riad
The location is ok but take into consideration that it is creepy to acces if you arrive at night.
The bathroom has a bad smell. There are no windows in the rooms and in thr patio of the road and you have no fresh air. The only place with fresh air is on the terrace where you take breakfast. The breakfast is the same every morning and it consists in morrocan bread, butter, honey, marmelade, coffee, juice and tea. The rooms and the bathroom are not so clean as they sould be. The staff will tell you that the only way to find the riad is to pay them to come after you (the cost is 18 euros). This is not true. We took the bus from the airport and pay 7 euros and the we walked about 10 minutes using offline maps. Also search for other offers for trips before paying for those offerred by them. You'll find out that there are a lot of agencies with better offers. The staff will try to convince you to buy the trips from them as soon as you arrive at the riad.

Location is great.
Location is great. 2-3 minutes to the main square (Jamaa al-Fna) and souks. Riad is clean and secure. Staff members- Abdu and Saeda are very helpful people. Abdu met us at the "Bab Lakssour" place and took us to the Riad when we first arrived. We have been shown the best place to eat and change money. Saeda prepared lovely traditional pancakes and special breakfast for me as I requested gluten free food during our stay. The manager, Kenza is amazing! She came with us to shopping to help with bargaining. She knew majority of the sellers at the souk. Overall, they made us feel like we were staying our own home. My son also loved the Riad. I will definitely come and stay at Riad Sacr when I visit Marrakesh again.
Everything was perfect. Best experience we have ever had!
